# Family Weekly Planner: one Sunday message for the week ahead

Use this as a weekly routine (for example, Sunday 18:00). Keep it to the accounts the owner connected. If nothing changed in a section, skip it.

## Inputs
- Google Calendar (connector): the calendars the owner names
- Gmail (connector): school, activity, and biller senders the owner names
- Household: who's eating, allergies, foods to avoid, weeknight cooking time
- Preferred grocery store (optional)

## Steps
1. Read next week's calendar. List each day's events by person. Flag clashes (two places at once, pickups during meetings).
2. Read new emails from the named school and activity senders. List dates, deadlines, and things to bring or pay, each with a link to the email. Mark anything unclear as "check".
3. Propose calendar events for new dates. Create them only after the owner says OK.
4. Find bills and renewals due in the next 14 days. Show biller, amount, due date, and whether it autopays, with a link. Never pay.
5. List appointments next week and any that need a confirmation. Treat an appointment as booked only if there's a confirmation email, text, or calendar event.
6. Draft five weeknight dinners that fit the household notes, then one grocery list grouped by aisle.
7. If the owner asks, add the list to a cart at their store and stop before checkout with the total and substitutions.

## Privacy rules
- Use first names only. Don't copy ID numbers, medical details, or school login details into notes or messages.
- Don't read email outside the named senders unless the owner asks.

## Hard stops
- Never buy, pay, book, cancel, or send messages without the owner's Allow.
- If a site asks for a login, code, or CAPTCHA, hand it back to the owner.

## Output (one message)
1. Week at a glance, by day
2. New school and activity items
3. Bills due soon
4. Appointments
5. Dinners and grocery list
6. Decisions the owner needs to make
