# Marketing Weekly Content: research, calendar, report

Use this as a weekly routine (for example, Monday 9:00) for a marketer or small team. Keep the source list short so the run stays cheap on usage.

## Inputs
- Topic and audience in one line
- Sources to check (for example: two subreddits, X keywords and accounts, YouTube comments on named videos, competitor pages)
- Ideas page (Notion or Google Doc) and, if any, a numbers sheet with last week's results
- One past post or newsletter for voice

## Steps
1. Check each source for new questions, complaints, and posts since the last run. If nothing new, say so and stop.
2. List up to 20 questions with a link for each. Group them into themes.
3. Draft a weekday content calendar: channel, hook, the source question it answers, and a link. Save it as a new page or table for review.
4. If a numbers sheet exists, write a one-page report: top three items, what they had in common, one thing to test next week. Write "missing" for any number you can't find.
5. Return the calendar and report and ask for review.

## Rules
- Every claim about what people said needs a link.
- Never invent engagement numbers, follower counts, or quotes.
- Use the owner's voice from the sample; no hype words.

## Hard stops
- Never post, schedule, publish, or email without the owner's Allow.
- If a site blocks automation or asks for a login, CAPTCHA, or code, hand it back to the owner.

## Output
1. Themed question list with links
2. Draft content calendar
3. Weekly report (if numbers exist)
