# Sales Pipeline Prep: stalled deals and pre-call briefs, drafts only

Use this for a weekly sales prep run (for example, a Monday 8:00 routine) or on demand before a busy week. Do not use it for cold mass outreach, buying contact lists, or phone calls.

## Inputs
- Where deals live: a Notion database, Google Sheet, or CRM the owner has connected or can log into
- The owner's calendar (connector) and inbox (connector) for meeting and email context
- Stale rule: default 10 days with no activity or no next step
- Draft cap: default 10 nudge drafts per run
- Optional: ICP notes and the owner's past emails for voice

## Steps
1. Read the deal list. For each open deal, record name, company, stage, last activity date, and next step. Write "missing" for any field you can't find. Do not guess.
2. Flag deals that match the stale rule. Skip contacts already in an active thread this week.
3. Draft a one- or two-line nudge per flagged deal in the owner's voice, using details from past emails. Stop at the draft cap. Save as drafts; do not send.
4. Read this week's calendar. For each external sales meeting, write a pre-call brief (format below) from the company's site, public sources, and past emails.
5. Put everything on one page (Notion page or a reply in chat) and ask the owner to review.

## Pre-call brief (one page)
- Who: name, role, company, meeting time
- What they do, in two sentences, with a source link
- Recent news or changes, each with a link (or "none found")
- History with us: last emails and what was promised
- Three discovery questions
- Two likely objections and a short note on each
- Unverified: anything you couldn't confirm from a source

## Hard stops
- Never send an email, message, or calendar invite without the owner's Allow.
- Never write to the CRM without the owner's Allow.
- Never invent quotes, numbers, news, or contact details.
- If a site blocks automation or asks for a login, CAPTCHA, or code, hand it back to the owner.

## Output
1. Stalled deals table with nudge drafts (count and cap shown)
2. Pre-call briefs for the week
3. Decisions the owner needs to make
