Find bills and renewal notices in my Gmail from the last 60 days. Make a table with biller, amount, due date, and whether it autopays, with a link to each email. Remind me in the Sunday digest about anything due within 7 days. Don't pay anything.
Book an appointment
Find three open times for a [pediatrician/dentist] appointment for [child] at [practice] in the next two weeks that don't clash with my Calendar. Show me the options. After I pick one, book it and show me the confirmation email or page.
Birthday party prep
[Child]'s party is on [date] for [number] kids. Draft a timeline, a shopping list with prices from [store], and an invite message I can send. Add the RSVP deadline to my Calendar after I approve.
Price check before buying

Yes. Tell it who's eating, allergies, and how much time you have, and it can plan the week and write one grocery list. It can also fill a cart at stores that allow agents and stop so you check out yourself. Some stores block automated agents.
Can Grok Bot manage my kids' school calendar?
It can read school and activity emails through a Gmail connector you approve, list the dates, and add them to Google Calendar. Ask it to show you the list before it creates events, and check anything it marks as unclear.
Can Grok Bot remind me when bills are due?
It can find bills and renewal notices in your email, keep a due-date table, and include upcoming ones in a weekly routine. Keep payments with you; tell it not to pay or change anything.
Can Grok Bot book doctor or dentist appointments?
On booking sites it can use, it can shortlist times, book the one you pick, and read back the confirmation. Treat it as booked only when there's a confirmation email, text, or calendar event. Is it safe to give Grok Bot my kids' information?
Share as little as the job needs: first names, school name, and dates are usually enough. Leave out ID numbers, medical records, and anything you wouldn't put in an email. Only connect the accounts you want it to read, and check what each connector can see.
