Grok Bot for realtors and real estate agents

Short answer

For realtors, Grok Bot can sort your inbox for new buyer and seller leads, draft follow-ups to people who already contacted you, draft listing descriptions you check for facts and Fair Housing, check showing times against your calendar, and pull public listing details into a comparison table. It uses connectors like Gmail and Calendar plus a browser, runs jobs on a schedule as routines, and waits for your approval before anything goes out.

Grok Bot is xAI's desktop agent, which is different from the Grok chatbot (the Grok chat app). This page is part of Grok Use Cases, an independent, unofficial site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by xAI, Grok, X, or Cursor.

Prompts to copy for real estate agents

Paste one into your Bot, swap the brackets for your details, and check the first result before you schedule it.

Morning lead sweep

Every weekday at 7:30, check my Gmail for new inquiries from portals and my website form since yesterday. For each lead, list name, contact, property or area, budget if stated, and timeline. Draft a short reply to each and leave them as drafts. Don't send.

Follow-up for warm leads

From my lead sheet [Google Sheet link], find people who contacted me in the last 30 days and haven't heard from me in 7 days. Draft a two-line check-in for each that mentions what they asked about. Only people who reached out to me first. Drafts only.

Showing confirmations

Look at my Calendar for showings this week. For each one, find the confirmation email or text in Gmail. List any showing with no confirmation and draft a confirmation request. Don't mark anything confirmed without proof in an email or calendar event.

Listing description draft

Draft a listing description for [address] from my notes and the attached photos: [notes]. Use only facts I gave you; list any fact you'd need me to confirm. Avoid any wording about who the home suits (families, singles, age, religion, and so on) so I can do a Fair Housing review. Draft only.

Listing comparison

Here are five listing links: [links]. Open each and build a table with price, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, HOA if listed, days on market if shown, and the link. Leave a cell blank if the page doesn't show it.

Client weekly update

Every Friday at 16:00, draft an update for each active client in my Notion page [link]: showings this week, feedback received, new listings that match their criteria with links, and next steps. Save drafts for my review.

Open house prep

I'm hosting an open house at [address] on [date]. Draft a sign-in sheet, a one-page property summary from the listing, and a follow-up email template for visitors who leave their email and agree to hear from me.

Area research

A buyer is relocating to [area]. Using public sources, summarize schools, commute options to [workplace], and nearby amenities, with a link for each claim. Mark anything you couldn't confirm.

Free skill: Realtor Lead Follow-Up

Daily sweep of new inquiries, a lead table, and reply drafts for people who contacted you first. Never sends, never texts, never marks a showing confirmed without proof. Save it as a skill in Grok Bot so the job runs the same way each time. See how skills work.

FAQ

Can Grok Bot write my listing description?

It can draft one from your notes, the listing data, and photos you give it. Check every fact (beds, baths, square footage, features) against the listing yourself and review the wording for Fair Housing before it goes live.

Will Grok Bot email my Zillow or portal leads?

It can draft the replies; you approve the send. Per xAI's Grok Bot docs, you can claim one email address at mail.grokbot.com that all your Bots share, and mail arriving there can trigger a routine, optionally only from senders you list. Forward portal lead emails to that address, have a routine draft the follow-up, and approve it before it goes out, since sending needs your approval.

Is AI listing copy Fair Housing safe?

Not on its own. An AI draft can include wording that describes protected classes or implies who should live somewhere. You, the agent, need to review the language every time before it is published.

Can Grok Bot follow up with cold buyer leads?

It can run a routine that finds leads who contacted you and went quiet, then drafts a short check-in for each. Drafts only, and no prices, valuations, or advice in the message without you writing it.

What's safe to put into Grok Bot as a realtor?

Keep out SSNs, wire instructions, bank details, and unsigned contracts. Pricing, offers, and anything about money should stay with you. Use it for drafts, research, and scheduling checks.

Grok Bot or ChatGPT for real estate agents?

Chat apps are fine for one-off writing. Grok Bot fits scheduled jobs such as a morning lead sweep or a Friday client update, and Grok can read X for local conversation. Many agents can use both.

Is this page affiliated with xAI or Grok?

No. This page is part of Grok Use Cases, an independent, unofficial site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by xAI, Grok, X, or Cursor. Grok Bot is xAI's desktop agent, which is different from the Grok chatbot (the Grok chat app).
