Give your Grok Bot its own email address (@mail.grokbot.com)

Claim a mail.grokbot.com address so your Bots can sign up for services, contact businesses, and schedule with people without using your personal inbox.

What you need

Steps

  1. Ask your Bot: 'Get yourself an email address.' It asks for a name, checks that it's free, and shows an approval card. Nothing is claimed until you approve.
  2. Or on desktop, open Connect apps → Email, type a name under Choose a name, and choose Create address. On the phone, go to Settings → Connect apps → Email.
  3. Choose carefully. Each account gets one address, it can't be renamed or deleted, and a claimed name is never reissued.
  4. Use it for sign-ups, verification codes, and outreach your Bot drafts. Keep sending behind your approval.
  5. On Cursor teams, an admin has to turn on Agent Email first.

Prompt to copy

Get yourself an email address. I'd like [name]@mail.grokbot.com. If it's taken, suggest three close alternatives and wait for me to pick. Never send email from it without showing me the recipient, subject, and body first.
