Run your Shopify store with Grok Bot

Shopify's official connector works in Grok Bot. Connect your store to check orders, track inventory, and keep product listings up to date, all within the permissions you approve.

What you need

• A Shopify store with a staff account that has the right permissions
• Grok Bot access

Steps

1. In Grok Bot, open Connect apps and search for Shopify. Installing it in Grok doesn't install it in Grok Bot; they're separate.
2. Approve the access level in Shopify Admin. The connector works only within the access you approve and the staff account's permissions.
3. Start read-only: 'List products under 10 units in stock and today's unfulfilled orders.'
4. Then try drafting changes such as product descriptions, collections, or a discount, and review them before they're applied.
5. Schedule a daily store check as a routine.

Every morning at 8:00 AM, check my Shopify store: unfulfilled orders older than 2 days, products with fewer than 10 units, and yesterday's sales compared with the same day last week. Report back here. Don't change anything without asking.

Tips

• Shopify Admin is still required for payments, taxes, domains, refunds, and order cancellations, which the connector can't do.
• You can connect one store at a time. Ask the Bot to switch stores when needed.
• Responses in Grok Bot are text only (no storefront previews or charts).
