What you need

• Access to the sheets or tools where your numbers live

Steps

1. List the 5–7 numbers you actually make decisions on (leads, calls booked, sales, cash).
2. Show Grok Bot where each number lives (a spreadsheet, a dashboard export, email reports).
3. Ask for a one-page review: this week vs. last week, notable changes, and 3 questions to think about.
4. Schedule it as a Friday routine once the format is right.

• If a number can't be found, the report should say 'missing', not estimate it.
